I've tackled user research and brand strategy projects for a variety of clients: from Fortune 500 companies to startups to foundations. By investigating the patterns and anomalies in human behavior, I help develop new products, brands, and services. I currently lead design research at Montaag, a Scandinavian-American design consultancy based in Berkeley, CA.
An energetic facilitator, I've led trainings in human-centered design across 10 different countries for organizations like Toyota, Walmart, and SAP. I also design and facilitate workshops around public speaking, improv, and how to deepen organizational innovation capacity.
