I've tackled user research and brand strategy projects for a variety of clients: from Fortune 500 companies to startups to foundations. By investigating the patterns and anomalies in human behavior, I help develop new products, brands, and services. I currently lead design research and strategy at Montaag, a Scandinavian-American design consultancy based in Berkeley, CA.
I enjoy teaching and have facilitated design workshops in 14 different countries, as well as corporate improv trainings in black box theaters. An energetic facilitator, I’m available to lead trainings in user research, brand strategy, public speaking, improv, and developing organizational innovation capacity.
