Before launching my consultancy, I led research and product strategy at a design studio focused on emerging technology and robotics—making sure machines play well with humans. That fascination with the human side of technology continues to shape my work.

• Led a multi-year partnership with a major city library system to improve digital accessibility across research services, digital collections, and AI initiatives

• Developed brand positioning concepts for a women's health and sexual education company through mixed-methods research

• Helped a major fintech platform understand how Gen Z approaches money to guide product strategy for a new digital wallet and identity authentication app

• Designed and led team trainings for engineers at an offshore wind company around the design thinking process 

• Led discovery for a major hospital system’s website refresh, conducting interviews and surveys with patients and providers to determine information architecture and website experience principles
