As a freelance strategist and professional people-watcher, I’m always looking for the next project to sink my teeth into. I take on new clients and assignments in research, branding, and strategy with my consultancy From Forward. I also teach and train others in design thinking and practice.

Before I launched my own consulting business, I led research and product strategy at a design studio primarily focused on future technology and consumer experiences: making sure machines play well with humans.

• Partnered with a major city library system to improve digital accessibility for their expansive online research collections

• Developed brand positioning concepts for a women's health and sexual education company through mixed-methods research

• Helped a major fintech platform understand how Gen Z approaches money to guide product strategy for a new digital wallet and identity authentication app

• Designed and led team trainings for engineers at an offshore wind company around the design thinking process 

• Led discovery for a major hospital system’s website refresh, conducting interviews and surveys with patients and providers to determine information architecture and website experience principles
